Head of Ecology

Lead high-performing teams delivering ecological services for UK clients, supporting infrastructure planning and environmental consents projects. Provide strategic guidance on attracting talent, improving team utilization, and embedding consistent ecological practices across the UK & GCC. Ensure high-quality delivery of biodiversity and ecological services while driving growth through new service lines and capability building. Collaborate closely with UK&I Ecology and Earth & Environment teams within the E&E Business Unit to meet evolving UK market needs.
