Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of the Early Years curriculum aligned with progressive philosophies like Reggio Emilia and inquiry-led learning. Oversee classroom environments, curate materials for play-based experiences, and actively teach while mentoring educators in storytelling and developmental strategies. Recruit and train staff, manage daily operations, and oversee assessment systems to track progress in language, motor, and social-emotional domains. Build partnerships with parents through orientations and workshops, represent the school in community forums, and drive enrollment initiatives for Bridge Programmes. Requires a Master's in ECE, 5–10 years of leadership experience, and specialized certifications in early childhood pedagogy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 2–4 years in a leadership role (Coordinator / Centre Head / EY Lead)
- Strong grounding in child development (ages 2–6 years)
- Experience in progressive, play-based, or international preschool environments
Desired Qualifications
- Specialized certifications in Early Years education (Montessori / Reggio Emilia / EYFS / IB PYP – Early Years) preferred
- Demonstrated experience in setting up or managing early years programmes preferred
