Job Summary
Own and deliver e-commerce revenue, margin, and profitability targets while developing digital growth strategy across all platforms. Improve core commercial KPIs including conversion rate, ASP, and sell-through, and build a scalable commercial model to support long-term revenue growth. Manage contracts and negotiate terms with SaaS platforms and 3PLs, then own full digital marketing strategy covering paid media, SEO, CRM, and social to deliver strong ROAS. Lead structured promotional calendars and drive daily/weekly trading reviews to take corrective action on performance frameworks. Own pricing, promotions, and markdown strategy while ensuring optimal merchandising and product visibility across all e-commerce platforms. Build and lead a high-performing team with clear accountabilities, acting as an ambassador for Newlife's values to promote its mission of providing essential specialist equipment to children with disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven record of significant e-commerce revenue growth
- Experience with P&L responsibility
