Head of Driver Supply Growth & Engagement

Job Summary
Head of Driver Supply to own and optimize our end-to-end driver ecosystem in Japan. Ensure we have the right number of drivers with the right engagement in the right locations and time windows, balancing growth, cost efficiency, customer experience, compliance, and driver trust. Lead cross-functional strategy and decision-making across acquisition, incentives, retention, and tooling; design and align promotions, rewards, and engagement programs; partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, CX, and Product; scale systems and processes with SOPs and automation; lead and develop a team across supply operations, onboarding, and integrity; own overall driver supply health, funnel conversion, active driver growth, and ROI optimization; drive governance and decision frameworks across stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in operations, marketplace, strategy, or growth roles
- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decisions on KPI settings
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex systems
- Ability to balance growth, cost, and customer experience tradeoffs
- Proven leadership and team management skills
