Job Summary
Own the day-to-day performance and delivery of the Pharmacierge Dispensary by ensuring workflows run safely, efficiently, and at the required pace. Lead and develop Team Leads to build a strong, accountable leadership layer while managing capacity, staffing, and operational pressure points. Drive performance through clear KPIs, standards, and continuous improvement by partnering with Clinical, Compliance, and Supply Chain to deliver safe, seamless patient care. Take real ownership in a pharmacy that values quality, pace, and precision within the UK's leading private pharmacy experience.
Required Qualifications
- Senior operational experience within a UK Pharmacy Dispensary
- Strong understanding of UK Pharmacy workflows, governance requirements and production processes
- Proven ability to manage day‐to‐day operational risk and pressure
- Experience leading managers and frontline operational teams
- Confident managing rotas, capacity, and scale
