Lead the Acoustique et Optique discipline team by defining strategic plans for technology, innovation, and competency anticipation while managing project coordination and technical expertise networks. Direct daily operations through team leadership, objective setting, and performance evaluation, while contributing directly to specific projects and deploying appropriate tools to ensure maturity and compliance with ethical standards. Collaborate with technical directors and other departments to build upstream studies, identify eligible thesis subjects, and promote product participation in client meetings and internal events.
