Job Summary
Lead global engineering network operations by driving digital transformation, standardizing CAD, CAM, and PLM tools, and accelerating the adoption of modern engineering workflows across the Plansee HPM production network. Manage and inspire international design and technical support teams while establishing systematic knowledge management for best practices and engineering standards worldwide. Develop high-performance teams and future leaders within the global Supply Chain Engineering organization. This role requires a Master's degree in engineering with 5–10 years of experience leading multinational projects, strong SAP and Siemens NX proficiency, and excellent cross-cultural communication skills. Located in Reutte, Austria, you will join a team combining local strengths with global Plansee values to innovate throughout the powder metallurgy value chain.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering or comparable technical discipline
- 5–10 years of professional experience in engineering
- Experience in leading a team and handling projects in a multinational environment
- Proven track record in project and program management
- Knowledge in working with SAP and Siemens NX or other CAD/CAM solutions
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities
- Hands-on mindset
- Excellent command of English
- Ability to communicate confidently across cultures and organizational levels
