Head of Digital Transformation

Job Summary
Lead the organisation's digital transformation agenda by developing strategic roadmaps, prioritising investments, and driving adoption across retail, commercial, supply, and corporate functions. Translate business objectives into structured digital initiatives for fuel operations, logistics, and supply chain management while establishing governance frameworks and managing enterprise-wide programmes from concept through implementation. Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and technology teams to deliver automation, data analytics, and AI solutions that enhance operational visibility and decision-making. Monitor portfolio performance, mitigate cybersecurity risks, and champion a culture of continuous improvement within a highly regulated oil and gas environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, programme management, business technology alignment, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise wide digital transformation initiatives within complex and operationally intensive environments
- Proven experience working with executive leadership teams, governance committees, and senior business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, business systems, operational technologies, digital platforms, cybersecurity, and technology enabled business transformation
- Experience managing technology vendors, implementation partners, and consulting organisations
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Technology Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Professional certifications in Project Management, Programme Management, Agile Methodologies, Change Management, Digital Transformation, IT Governance, or Cybersecurity
- Experience within the oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, logistics, utilities, or other asset intensive industries
