Job Summary
Head of Digital Products at a leading Real Estate Group, responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy across the company’s digital ecosystem (eCommerce websites, mobile apps, and internal platforms), leading a team of Product Managers and Content professionals, driving experimentation and data-driven decision making, optimizing UX and guest journeys to maximize revenue, and coordinating with marketing, IT, data, and operations to deliver best-in-class digital solutions. Focus areas include setting the long-term roadmap, mentoring a high-performing team, staying ahead of digital trends, managing external development partners, and leveraging AI opportunities to enhance product strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or Head of Product role
- Proven experience in eCommerce websites - a strong advantage
- Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product lifecycle from vision to delivery
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira/Confluence
- Hands-on, strategic, and execution-oriented mindset – comfortable switching between high level planning and detailed problem-solving
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation, analytics and optimization
- Strong technical background with experience collaborating closely with R&D and understanding APIs, integration and software architecture
- Awareness of AI opportunities and the ability to integrate AI capabilities into product strategy
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, GTM, A/B testing platforms
