Job Summary
Lead the digital marketing function for the APAC region by defining and implementing a digital strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, Market GMs, and Marketing Manager in each market. Responsible for understanding market trends, competitive environments, and digital technology evolution; define APAC BA digital strategy and a 3-5 year roadmap to enable rapid response to digital changes. Oversee the development and deployment of digital solutions/tools, drive customer insights, improve customer satisfaction, and build a high-impact digital solutions team in APAC. Manage training and coaching to enhance market digital competence, develop market use cases, and ensure efficient, integrated product development aligned with APAC strategy. Strong emphasis on project management, clear communication, and fluency in English; international working experience is a plus; willingness to engage with digital/social media across B2B/B2C contexts.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in business, marketing, or computer science; 3-5 years focused on digital social media within an agency or multinational companies; fluency in English; open to international work experience; strong communication and leadership abilities
