Job Summary
Embed and drive adoption of key platforms like HubSpot and ClickUp to accelerate climate action across the organisation. Lead the next phase of digital transformation by developing a technology roadmap, acting as a trusted advisor on strategy and risk, and overseeing cyber security and supplier management. Own the performance of core business systems, streamline processes through automation and AI, and build capability by coaching a team of two specialists. Influence senior stakeholders to ensure technology investments support global priorities and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience leading technology, digital transformation or business systems functions in a complex organisation
- Proven success embedding and driving adoption of enterprise platforms, such as CRM, project management, collaboration or productivity tools
- Experience leading organisation-wide change initiatives that improve processes, user experience, data quality and operational effectiveness
- Strong knowledge of technology operations, business systems, supplier management, cyber security and IT governance
- Experience developing technology strategies, roadmaps and investment plans aligned to organisational goals
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at executive and senior leadership level
- Experience managing third-party technology providers and commercial relationships
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience building capability, coaching teams and creating high-performing environments
- Demonstrable experience identifying and implementing automation, AI or other technology-enabled improvements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business-focused recommendations
- The role may require occasional international travel

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot, ClickUp, Microsoft 365 and related business platforms
- Experience within a non-profit, membership, campaigning or mission-led organisation
- Knowledge of information architecture, knowledge management and data governance principles
- Experience leading AI adoption initiatives, including policy development, governance and practical implementation
- Relevant technology, project management, cyber security or change management qualifications
