Job Summary
Head of Desk in Riga leading FX sales for corporate clients (£50M+ turnover targets). Originate new business, sell cash management, FX hedging and payment products, and leverage relationships at senior levels to grow market share. Drive client solutions with strong product knowledge, Salesforce reporting, and collaborative leadership to inspire and coach a sales team; target multinational clients with a focus on treasury and budgeting needs, while capitalizing on generous commission structures and international development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record in FX sales or treasury solutions
- Ability to develop sales strategies and close deals with senior-level executives (C-suite)
- Native Latvian and fluent English
