Job Summary
Lead Design, Engineering, Estimating, and Innovation teams through the front-end project journey from concept to handover. Champion the DomeShelter LogicTM methodology while ensuring all solutions are safe, compliant, commercially sound, and buildable. Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency and customer value. Support accurate estimating, cost control, and healthy project margins by identifying risks early and strengthening collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing. This role requires a practical mindset focused on operational efficiency and servant leadership to shape the future of DomeShelter Australia's innovative structures.
