Head of Design - Decarbonisation

Head of Design – Decarbonisation leads an in-house multi-disciplinary design team to develop robust, commercially viable decarbonisation solutions for large commercial and public sector buildings across the UK and Ireland. You’ll provide technical and strategic leadership on net zero building services design, drive whole-building net zero solutions (heat pumps, electrification, district energy, renewables, controls optimisation, demand management), ensure compliance with UK and Irish regulations, establish design governance and KPI-driven performance targets, and translate sustainability objectives into practical targets and business cases while staying abreast of emerging technologies and carbon reporting frameworks.
