Head of Deployment

Head of Deployment responsible for building and leading the Deployed Software Engineering function, owning customer deployments and pilots, writing production-quality code to extend Serval’s platform, and developing scalable onboarding frameworks. You’ll partner with Product & Engineering to translate field learnings into roadmap priorities, act as a trusted advisor to customers’ IT and Security leaders, drive migrations and integrations, and recruit and mentor a world-class team of forward deployed engineers who deliver rapid, reliable value for strategic accounts. Based in or willing to work from SF HQ with occasional travel to customers.
