Job Summary
Lead as part of the Senior Leadership Team to develop the school's curriculum and ensure teaching standards are met. Manage teaching staff across the role of Head of Department for Pathway One and Two, and Pathway Three, ensuring compliance with legislation and Ofsted requirements. Drive curriculum development, oversee staff performance and professional development, promote safeguarding, and contribute to school-wide strategic goals within a dedicated special school environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years teaching experience
- Experience in leadership role within a school
- DBS check (Enhanced)
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and adults
