Head of Demand Generation

Job Summary
Head of Demand Generation role responsible for owning and building the full demand generation engine (inbound, outbound-assist, ABM, field, digital), defining integrated campaign strategies targeting enterprise buyers, owning pipeline metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, revenue influence), and managing the marketing tech stack (CRM, MAP, analytics). Partner with Sales to align on ICP, messaging, and pipeline quality. Requires extensive B2B demand gen leadership, experience scaling DG from scratch at a growth-stage company, and hands-on marketing automation with a data-driven, analytical approach. Beneficial experience includes AI, SaaS, IDP, or document automation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in B2B demand generation
- At least 4 years at the Head level
- Experience building demand generation from scratch or near-scratch at a growth-stage company
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth
- Experience marketing to enterprise buyers and managing complex sales cycles
- Hands-on with marketing automation (HubSpot)
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
- Experience in AI, SaaS, IDP, or document automation is a plus
