Head of Delivery

Head of Delivery responsible for leading and developing a multi-disciplined team to deliver safe provision of Operations & Maintenance, Investment Projects, and Customer Projects for the electricity distribution network. Responsibilities include delivering licence-area outputs aligned with financial, regulatory, and business plan objectives; managing budgets and controlling discretionary spend; analysing performance to meet quality and timescales; driving performance targets such as Customer Minutes Lost, Customer Interruptions, customer satisfaction, and guaranteed standards; managing stakeholder interfaces and delivering short-to-mid term plans (6-12 weeks and 3-12 months) to minimise outages; ensuring compliance with IBE/SPEN processes and procedures; coordinating with district management to achieve licence objectives; promoting health and safety culture; developing and inspiring teams; depot management within organizational arrangements; integrating Operational Excellence principles; accurate data capture in corporate systems and ensuring proper customer record maintenance; overseeing Project Closure in line with business expectations. Minimum criteria include engineering/professional qualification or equivalent experience, proven managerial experience, and operational experience.
