Head of Delivery (.NET, Angular & Agentic AI)

Job Summary
Senior Fullstack Engineer with Angular, Node.js, and .NET; lead delivery across multiple squads, coordinate technical alignment with client leadership, mentor senior and mid-level engineers, participate in architectural decisions, and contribute hands-on in .NET/Angular environments. Focus on AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, adherence to delivery quality and engineering best practices, and managing cross-squad dependencies in a fast-paced, distributed team setting. Remote-first role with multiple Brazil-based locations and occasional US travel; requires strong backend/frontend capabilities, cloud experience, microservices, and experience engaging with client stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, Delivery Lead, or similar
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Cloud-based application development experience
- Experience leading distributed engineering teams
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and delivery practices
- Experience with Claude and Claude-based development workflows
- Comfortable with agentic AI workflows or structured AI-assisted development
- Ability to work directly with client leadership and technical stakeholders
