Job Summary
Manage multiple complex digital commerce implementations and customer teams simultaneously, ensuring predictable and successful project delivery while stepping in hands-on for large-scale initiatives. Lead workshops with clients, create project plans, establish RAID-logs, and organize resourcing, while acting as the primary escalation point for both customers and colleagues to resolve scope, budget, and planning challenges. Coach project managers and delivery leads to build a stronger team, share organizational knowledge, and drive continuous improvement across the delivery function. You will handle direct conversations regarding extra budget or changing scope, navigate C-level stakeholder interactions, and apply expertise in platforms like Shopify Plus and Adobe Commerce. This role involves shaping the delivery organization's next level of performance within a global environment.
Required Qualifications

- Een bewezen trackrecord in het leiden van complexe, multi-workstream digital commerce-implementaties, bijvoorbeeld rondom e-commerceplatformen, CMS-platformen of datawarehouses
- Ervaring met het opbouwen en aansturen van een team van Project Managers en/of Delivery Leads
- Je hebt voldoende kennis van e-commerceplatformen zoals Shopify Plus en Adobe Commerce
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend in woord en geschrift
- Je bent hands-on en kunt zelf als lead fungeren binnen een groot en complex traject
- Je kunt goed schakelen op C-level en senior stakeholder-niveau
- Je bent niet bang voor lastige gesprekken en weet duidelijk te zijn zonder de klantrelatie uit het oog te verliezen
Desired Qualifications
- Kennis van headless/composable commerce is mooi meegenomen
- Ervaring met P&L- of margeverantwoordelijkheid is een pré
- Je houdt van complexe vraagstukken en krijgt energie van het creëren van overzicht, structuur en resultaat
