Job Summary
Formulate and implement a multi-year strategic data roadmap with Business, Analytics, Technology, and Transformation teams to align with desired outcomes. Lead the collection, manipulation, and analysis of data for various business units and regions while creating new data-driven approaches to generate insights through visualization and address unanswered issues proactively. Manage and mentor a cross-functional team to realize full potential, ensuring successful delivery of objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and change adoption. Track, mitigate, and communicate risks, issues, and status regarding global data transformational goals to senior management. Build impeccable credibility and trust internally and externally in program management, execution, and governance to drive consensus on strategic objectives.
