Head of Data

Head of Data at FTSE Russell/LSEG responsible for delivering the data strategy, governance, and architecture across the organization. Leads enterprise data transformation, oversight of data quality and lineage, and champions data standards and risk/compliance alignment. Oversees strategic data platforms and tooling (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, SQL-based platforms, Python), and builds a high-performing Data Management function with a data-driven culture. The role requires senior leadership experience in regulated financial markets, ability to influence at the executive level, and a track record of delivering large-scale data programs that impact business outcomes. Based at the London or New York offices with a hybrid work policy (3 days in the office).
