Job Summary
Define the overall data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and oversee scalable data models, pipelines, and analytical frameworks across large, complex datasets. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions and deliver actionable insights that influence strategic decision-making for internal teams and external clients. Establish best practices in data governance, quality, and documentation, and drive the adoption of visualization standards to improve insight clarity. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and e-commerce, with a focus on Southeast Asian markets.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- advanced data analysis techniques
- Hands-on experience with data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Athena
- Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

- Solid foundation in statistics

- Proven experience working with large, complex datasets
