Head of Data & Analytics

Lead AVI Foodsystems' data organization as Head of Data & Analytics, overseeing the decommissioning of legacy financial systems, the modernization of the Cloud ERP ecosystem, and the orchestration of a unified Data Lakehouse across high-scale engineering and business intelligence platforms. Provide executive advisory to the CEO, CFO, and COO; support account executives in enterprise negotiations; conduct direct customer visits to align data products with client needs; architect and implement an Enterprise Data Model reconciling data from HCM, ERP, and Service Management; scale the data organization and foster a culture of excellence. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical guidance, emphasizing mentorship and the ability to operate effectively in both boardroom and technical settings.
