Job Summary
Head of Data & Analytics to transform the company’s data from a back-office cost center into a strategic enterprise asset. Lead the Enterprise Data Model across HCM, ERP, and Service Management, decommission legacy financial systems, and stabilize a modern Cloud ERP/ data lakehouse ecosystem. Serve as a trusted adviser to the CEO, CFO, and COO, support account executives in enterprise negotiations, and drive customer-centric data product insights. Build and scale a high-performing, hands-on data team with a player-coach leadership style while guiding architecture, governance, and AI/ML strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in data leadership
- experience leading digital transformation or major system migrations
- deep expertise in Data Modeling and modern cloud architectures
- customer-facing or sales-support capacity preferred
- executive presence and ability to present to C-Suite
- strategic advisory skills for CEO/CFO/COO
