Job Summary
Head of Data & Analytics responsible for transforming data from a back-office cost center into a strategic enterprise asset. Lead the decommissioning of legacy financial systems, stabilize the Cloud ERP ecosystem, and orchestrate a unified Data Lakehouse across high-scale engineering and BI platforms. Provide executive-level guidance to CEO/CFO/COO, support Account Executives in high-stakes negotiations, conduct direct customer visits to align data products with client needs, and lead the Enterprise Data Model efforts to reconcile data across HCM, ERP, and Service Management. Build and scale a high-performing data organization, coaching the team while hands-on in architecture and strategy, and drive strategic alignment, architecture audits, and capacity planning within a customer-focused data leadership role.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in data leadership
- experience leading digital transformation or major system migrations
- customer-facing or sales-support experience preferred
- deep expertise in Data Modeling
- deep knowledge of modern cloud architectures
- ability to review architecture and lead AI/ML strategy
- leadership style suitable for a Player-Coach
- strong executive presence with C-Suite collaboration
