Job Summary
Develop an actionable data strategy that drives data maturity across the organization, enabling business growth, improved risk management, and enhanced customer experiences. Lead and mentor domain leads and reportees to build a high-performing data team while partnering with cross-functional groups in Data Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, Risk, and Finance to drive data-driven initiatives. Initiate new opportunities and develop frameworks where data analytics recommendations deliver key business metrics, ensuring all practices and reporting meet internal and regulatory standards across markets.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or related fields
- at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth company or fintech environment
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in Python
- Proficient in R
- Proficient in data visualisation tools
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies

- Strong prioritisation abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Services, Fintech, and/or Tech companies
