Lead a multi-disciplinary group of analytics engineers, data engineers, and analysts, guiding their work and ensuring the data function acts as a trusted, collaborative partner across finance, marketing, and commercial teams. Define and champion a vision for how analytics and AI drive competitive advantage, setting clear priorities and holding the team accountable for results. Bring solid business acumen with a strong understanding of analytics and data engineering to translate business goals into strategy.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of proven experience leading a company-wide data, analytics, AI, or data science function
- Solid people-management track record
- Strong analytical and engineering background
