Job Summary
Head of Customer Experience at Limina leading solutions engineering, implementation, support, account management, and our professional services offering. Will lead a small team of 2-3 solutions specialists and own end-to-end implementation processes, scope/pricing/launch of professional services, L1/L2 support, health of the book via QBRs, and customer feedback to influence product roadmap. Requires 6-10 years in a client-facing role with strong commercial instincts, technical literacy, and working knowledge of AI/ML workflows or data-heavy products. Nice-to-have includes fintech or regulated-industry customer environments and experience scoping/pricing enterprise professional services. Remote-friendly with Toronto, Canada base; salary range CA$180K-CA$200K (converted to USD for annualized reporting).
