Head of Cost Management Green Industry Transformation

Job Summary
Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of cost management methodologies, estimation, control, and forecasting across NCC Green Industry Transformation. Represent the function in customer dialogues, support project teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reliable, transparent, decision-grade cost information throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to early customer engagement and project development activities while establishing common ways of working and strengthening commercial performance. Drive change adoption and capability building within the Cost Management function to support successful project outcomes across the business area.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in cost management, project controls, commercial management or related disciplines within large and complex industrial, infrastructure, construction or EPC environments
- Experience in developing, implementing and improving cost management methodologies, governance models, processes or management systems
- Experience leading change, developing people and supporting the adoption of new ways of working
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without formal line authority
- An academic degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
