Head of Corporate Services

Senior leadership role responsible for Finance, Accounting and Governance within a care/third-sector organisation. Lead Corporate Services, oversee budgeting, management accounts, statutory reporting, payroll, internal controls and financial governance; provide clear reports to Board/trustees; ensure compliance with charity law and funder requirements; manage and develop Corporate Services staff; support strategic planning and financial sustainability; collaborate on risk management and external audits; drive performance and value for money across finance, governance, people, culture, digital systems, and policies.
