Job Summary
Lead a team of over 20 corporate lending professionals responsible for the end-to-end lending function within Corporate Sector Lending. The role focuses on ensuring the quality and growth of the Corporate Sector Lending portfolios, managing compliance with bank policies, and participating in credit decision-making. The position requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of lending processes, and the ability to drive standardization and efficiency in lending operations. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, risk management, and contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing the corporate lending process.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of WB Lending and credit products
- Experience in Lending
- Experience in process optimisation
- Extensive knowledge of risk management
- Strong Leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of INGs Product Control Standard for Lending
- Track record of people management and development
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Positive attitude to change
- Familiarity with INGs Non-financial Risk environment
