Job Summary
Lead and manage the Corporate Portfolio Team to ensure successful management and growth of the corporate lending portfolio while overseeing risk controls. Act as a brand ambassador to corporate customers and external advisors, drive governance of aggregate credit limits, oversee annual lending reviews, and collaborate with risk teams to implement policy standards. Shape customer journeys through stakeholder engagement, guide turnaround strategies for distressed exposures, and provide strategic leadership for portfolio risk management and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience of managing/working as part of a high performing corporate lending team
- Lending/underwriting experience across commercial and/or residential assets
- Relationship management experience
- Strong understanding of risk management principles across the credit lifecycle, credit analytics and policies
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders to improve the customer journey
- Strong ability to lead and influence key stakeholders
