Job Summary
Lead prospecting and partnership conversion activity to build relationships with corporate organizations sharing our mission. Own and grow a high-value corporate partnerships pipeline, providing strategic oversight of key accounts while driving income growth and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement. Design compelling partnership opportunities, secure new income streams, and support the development of innovative funding models combining corporate investment, social value, and public sector delivery. Lead a small team in a target-driven environment to help position the organization as the partner of choice for organizations committed to creating positive change across the UK.
Required Qualifications
- A proven track record of securing corporate partnerships and generating new income
- Experience developing and converting high-value pipelines through proactive prospecting and relationship building
- Strong knowledge of corporate partnerships, ESG/CSR and social value
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and pitching skills
- Experience leading high-performing teams in a target-driven environment
- Commercial acumen
- Passion for social impact
