Job Summary
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes while delivering accurate financial reporting to local and EMEA leadership. Drive performance analysis to identify risks and opportunities, overseeing controlling activities across four manufacturing sites to strengthen cost control and profitability. Act as a strategic business partner to Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales, ensuring compliance with group policies and supporting strategic initiatives and transformation projects. Develop and inspire a high-performing controlling team while managing a gross annual salary range of €57,500 – €71,900. Based in Zola Predosa or Casella with travel to other Italian sites as needed, this role supports Aliaxis' Horizon 2030 strategy to build a disciplined, high-performing global group.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
- 8–10+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A, ideally in manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience (min. 3–5 years managing teams)
- Strong expertise in: Financial planning & analysis, Cost / plant controlling and standard costing, KPI development and performance management and Investment evaluation and cash flow management
- Experience in multinational environments
- Excellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP
- Fluent Italian & English are required
- Must be able to travel to the other Italian sites on a regular basis according to specific needs
