Head of Content, Learning & Channels

Lead the strategic development, governance, and delivery of all content, professional learning, and communication channels to support the legal profession. Oversee CPD compliance and accreditation, design learning offerings for diverse cohorts, own end-to-end product strategy for content, learning, and certification, and collaborate across policy, ethics, member experience, accreditation, events, and advocacy to align content with profession issues. Requires deep understanding of the legal profession, CPD requirements, and adult learning methodology, with strong editorial judgment, stakeholder engagement, and digital learning leadership. 8–12+ years’ experience in content, legal education, publishing, or digital channel leadership; experience in a legal association or professional membership organization strongly desirable.
