Job Summary
Define and lead Bizmoni's global consulting strategy and service portfolio, designing frameworks for AI adoption, business reinvention, and operational efficiency. Build and scale global training and certification programs while developing AI-focused learning pathways for entrepreneurs and businesses. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and leadership to drive revenue growth, identify market opportunities, and support enterprise engagements. Establish quality standards, KPIs, and performance frameworks for a distributed team of consultants and subject matter experts across 20+ countries.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in consulting, training, business transformation, or advisory leadership
- Proven track record building and scaling consulting or learning businesses
- Deep understanding of AI and the future of work, business transformation and reinvention, entrepreneurship and startup growth, revenue generation and sales strategy, and financial services/FinTech/digital business models
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience driving consulting and training revenue
- Experience managing global teams and complex cross-functional initiatives
- Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing executive-level training, coaching, or consulting programs
- A strategic mindset that can move from vision to execution
- A builder mindset - you enjoy creating new businesses, services, and opportunities from scratch
- AI-first thinking and genuine commercial focus, paired with the ability to inspire and lead distributed teams across regions
