Job Summary
Head of Conference will own the operational standard of every conference we run, overseeing end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually including venues, suppliers, on-site teams and the attendee experience. The role requires hands-on leadership in supplier research and management, budget review, event planning for VIP events and logistics, on-site support, and coordinating internal teams. You will hire, train, and manage a 40-person volunteer team, ensure quality of promotional materials, and work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment from the London HQ. Must possess excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, with a UK work permit and willingness to travel for overseas conferences. Start date flexible; onsite Monday to Friday in London Victoria area.
