Job Summary
Head of Conference Operations to own the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually from our London HQ. Responsibilities include supplier research and management, negotiating terms with suppliers, budget review and management, event planning for sponsored VIP events and on-site coordination with venue staff, plus on-site volunteer organization (40-person team). Internal team support, inventory tracking, and quality checks of promotional materials are also part of the role. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, with strong project management and relationship-building skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Start date is flexible; role is onsite in London and requires a UK work permit. Travel opportunities to conferences overseas are available. The position offers significant growth potential and internal promotion opportunities.
