Head of Conference Operations

Own the operational standard for each conference run by the team, overseeing end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually—from venues and supplier management to on-site teams and the attendee experience. Operate in London HQ with a strong emphasis on ownership, speed, and meticulous execution, coordinating supplier research, contract negotiations, budget oversight, event planning (VIP events, meals, and post-event activities), on-site support, inventory and design quality checks, and managing a 40-person volunteer team. Requires UK work permit and is an onsite role based in London; training provided with opportunities for internal promotion and international travel to conferences.
