Head of Compliance Governance & Reporting

Senior-level compliance leadership role focused on defining and leading governance, reporting, and management information across the Compliance function. Responsible for end-to-end reporting to Executive Management and the Board, shaping messaging and ensuring a clear, decision-focused view of risks, issues and priorities. Leads a team to set standards for governance and reporting, builds usable management information, and partners with Legal, Risk and business teams to align priorities and messaging. Requires 7-10 years in Compliance/Risk/Governance in regulated environments, ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives for senior stakeholders, and a strong track record in data quality and reporting. English proficiency and a commitment to high-quality delivery and continuous improvement are essential.
