Job Summary
Lead the Compliance function for the GIFT City Branch, providing data-led oversight on business and regulatory matters. Design and execute second line of defence testing, conduct risk assessments, and manage regulatory inspections while ensuring alignment with IFSCA and Group requirements. Identify and investigate potential market abuse, money laundering, and terrorist financing, then oversee corrective actions and preventative measures. Advise senior management on real-time compliance issues, regulatory changes, and cross-border matters, and represent the branch in engagements with regulators. Develop policies, review new products, and deliver training to embed a robust compliance culture across the business.
Required Qualifications

- relevant experience suitable for an AVP-level role
- strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks across Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, and Markets
- thorough understanding of IFSCA regulations
- GIFT City regulatory requirements
- SEBI FPI regulations
- strong knowledge of the Indian regulatory environment
