Job Summary
Own the integrated editorial calendar and messaging architecture for Simbe's executive, corporate, and customer communications. Lead narrative development across all public-facing assets, from launch campaigns to research reports, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and GTM objectives. Manage PR agency partnerships, analyst relations, and the Robot Ambassador Program to expand visibility across retail, technology, and public policy ecosystems. Build executive platforms and thought leadership strategies that position company leaders as trusted voices shaping the future of intelligent retail.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years leading corporate communications, executive communications, PR, or content strategy with progressively increasing responsibility
- Experience building communications programs at a high-growth B2B technology company
- Experience in enterprise software, AI, robotics, or a related industry
- Proven success partnering with executive teams to shape company narratives, executive platforms, product launches, customer announcements, and thought leadership
- Experience managing PR agencies, analyst relations, media relationships, and cross-functional communications programs
- Demonstrated business acumen and curiosity
- Ability to quickly understand complex technologies and translate them into compelling market narratives
- Exceptional writer, editor, and storyteller
- Ability to simplify complex technologies for diverse audiences
- Strong editorial judgment and strategic thinking
- Executive presence
- Experience advising senior leaders on messaging, media, presentations, and public speaking
- Highly organized and collaborative leader
- Ability to influence across functions
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution
