Job Summary
Lead Kotahi's Commercial Finance capability by integrating customer demand, operational plans, and financial forecasts into a unified enterprise performance view. Drive integrated planning and forecasting processes while providing strategic insight to influence decisions on customers, partnerships, investments, and transformations. Partner closely with the Executive Team to translate complex information into clear actions and help leaders navigate commercial decisions. This high-profile leadership role offers broad enterprise exposure within a digitally powered supply chain solutions provider, reporting to the CFO. Flexible working arrangements include up to two days from home weekly, alongside wellbeing support and competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in senior commercial finance, strategic finance, corporate finance, consulting, or enterprise performance leadership roles
- A tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline
- Strong commercial modelling, forecasting, business case development, and scenario analysis capabilities
- Experience partnering with Executive Teams and providing strategic financial advice
- The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior stakeholders and Board-level audiences
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on driving better business outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- CA, CPA, CFA, MBA, or a similar postgraduate qualification
