Head of Commercial Finance - APAC

Own the financial visibility of the APAC region by providing timely reporting to the GM and HQ, and build budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis frameworks across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and HR. Challenge business leaders with actionable insights to improve profitability while leading monthly performance reviews and tracking KPIs such as budget deviation and contribution margin. Strengthen cost management processes for fleet-related expenses, implement invoice/PO approval flows, and partner with Accounting to ensure accrual accuracy and compliance. Support regional capital structure planning for funding and leasing strategies, manage cash flow forecasting, and build relationships with banks to optimize working capital. Contribute to five-year financial plans and investment models for new business units and depots.
