Lead the commercial function for a globally recognized certification brand, shaping and delivering the commercial strategy, go-to-market approach, and revenue growth across a global ecosystem. Own revenue, margin and budget delivery with strong forecasting discipline and pipeline visibility. Build a high-performing sales and account management function, drive conversion and long-term customer value, and activate a push/pull market model. Collaborate with Marketing to convert brand and market insight into demand, and work with Standards, Technical and Digital teams to ensure market relevance. Lead and grow the team with accountability and energy, fostering a culture of clarity and execution across a matrix organization.
