Job Summary
Build the sport and cultural program layer for the club, creating tournament formats, academy structures, and recurring events that drive retention and community engagement. Develop non-sporting social formats and family offerings to transform the venue into a lifestyle hub, while scaling a standardized playbook for multi-location consistency. Manage coaches and program leads through selection, onboarding, and development, steering operations via clear KPIs like court utilization and member satisfaction. Collaborate directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams to align the experience with brand standards and member journey goals.
Required Qualifications
- Operator-Mindset: Nachweisliche Erfahrung bei der Auf- und Skalierung von Programmen (sportlich, kulturell oder beides) mit Denken in Systemen, Playbooks und KPIs
- Multi-Standort-Erfahrung: Verantwortung für Programme in einem Multi-Location-Kontext
- Sport-Affinität: Echtes Verständnis für Sport, Athletik und sportliche Communities (Padel-Hintergrund ist präferiert, aber kein K.o.-Kriterium)
- Kuratorisches Gespür: Feines Gefühl für Formate, die Menschen zusammenbringen, und für die Tonalität einer Premium-Marke
- Strategisches Denken & operative Umsetzung: Fähigkeit, Konzepte zu entwickeln und umzusetzen; Zu Hause in Strategie-Diskussion mit CEO und Detailarbeit am Saisonplan
- Führungskompetenz: Aufbau externer Netzwerke und interner Teams, Entwicklung und Führung zu hohen Standards
- Erfahrung: Mindestens 5–7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Programm-, Experience- oder Operations-Aufbau
- Sprachen: Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich wie mündlich)
- Company Building: Lust, aktiv am Aufbau eines führenden Padel-Operators mitzuwirken (Ideen, Initiative, echte Verantwortung)
