Job Summary
Lead the Cloud, Platforms & Security organization to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of rag & bone’s technology foundation across retail, e‐commerce, and enterprise operations. Drive an Azure-first cloud strategy, platform engineering modernization (self-service infrastructure, API-driven environments), and AI-enabled, resilient architectures. Own end-to-end availability, SLO/ SLA enforcement, disaster recovery, proactive observability, and incident management; manage vendor relationships and IT operations; advance security (identity, endpoint, network, cloud) and risk management; lead AI and automation initiatives (AIOps, self-healing systems) to scale capabilities while optimizing cloud spend. Oversee connectivity for stores/offices, data integration, and omnichannel support; foster a product-minded, high-performance IT organization. In-office policy: 4 days/week on-site with 1 remote; target salary $220,000 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud, and security leadership roles
- Proven experience managing enterprise-scale cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Strong background in networking and distributed retail environments
- Deep expertise in IT operations, incident management, and reliability engineering
- Experience managing third-party vendors and managed services at scale
