Head of Client Delivery

Job Summary
Senior Head of Client Delivery responsible for end-to-end post-sales lifecycle from onboarding and adoption to measurable client outcomes. Lead multiple client implementations, manage escalations, and act as the trusted advisor across delivery, success, and retention. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering on implementations and custom use cases; translate business goals into technical workflows and optimized GTM automation. Develop and refine delivery processes, playbooks, and SOPs; drive faster time-to-value, higher adoption, and expansion. Maintain cross-functional alignment across delivery, product, and GTM teams; contribute to long-term retention and growth. Requires senior-level experience in client success/implementation/GTM roles, strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

- Senior-level experience in Client Success, Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or GTM roles
- Strong understanding of GTM systems, automation workflows, and integrations
- Experience working directly with clients in high-stakes, outcome-driven environments
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving and risk management capabilities
- Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
