Job Summary
Lead the successful delivery of multiple certification and learning solutions with a high standard of client and learner service across global programmes; collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to design and deliver world-class financial services learning experiences; build and maintain relationships with global institutes, exam delivery providers, trainers, and educators to support scalable programme delivery; own operational performance measures, ensure KPI achievement, timelines, and robust governance; drive innovation through AI-enabled tools, automation, and process improvements that enhance learning delivery and service quality; lead, develop, and inspire a diverse team of learning professionals with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience delivering large, complex client projects across multiple regions (learning, education, or professional services environments preferred)
- Proven experience leading client- and learner-facing operational teams
- Strong track record building and managing client relationships and delivering service excellence in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing budgets, invoicing, and financial controls with governance processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and improve processes
- Project management mindset with focus on execution, delivery, and stakeholder coordination
- Understanding of market dynamics in learning or financial services sectors
- Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Ability to develop and inspire diverse teams and foster accountability and continuous improvement
- Experience in certification-based learning environments is a plus
